Replacement Ceiling Garnish Trim for Inside Roof Vent

Question:

Howdy! I am looking for a Fantastic Fan Trim ring with a wider ring. In this picture they make reference to it being a European Version attached at the pictures for reference. Have you seen anything like this, or can you point me to something that is wider? Thank you!

The trim ring you are referencing is called a ceiling garnish. There are different colors and different depths with the ability to cut them to custom height. I've linked the page to your options to assist. All of them are 1-1/2 inches on each side of the vent typically 16 inches square from edge to edge.
