Are camco rhino and viper products compatible? ie, will they connect together and not leak?

Camco manufactures the Rhino brand of sewer hoses such as the RhinoEXTREME RV Sewer Hose with Swivel Fittings, 4-in-1 Adapter, and Caps # CAM39861 so they are indeed compatible.
