For a set of tow mirrors that fit the 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 with chrome mirrors the best option is the Longview tow mirrors part # LVT-1800 which we've checked and they fit all of the chrome variations of mirrors for your truck. The CIPA mirrors you referenced would not work.
