Was looking at the Thule Interstate Roof Cargo Bag, # TH869 to use on my 2020 Buick Enclave. However the factory installed cross bars are only approx 25inch and dealer says they are not adjustable. Also has a panoramic roof. Will this bag work? If not what would be a recommendation. Wont be used very much, so not interested in some of the higher priced carriers.

The Thule Interstate Rooftop Cargo Bag # TH869 that you referenced could be used on your 2020 Buick Enclave but due to your vehicle having a glass roof and crossbars that are closer together you'd want to have a basket installed on the bars so that the bag will fit properly and also not damage the roof.
The Thule Canyon XT cargo basket part # TH859XT would be a great choice that fits your crossbars and roof rack well without being overly expensive.
