Comparing Thule EasyFold XT and Spare Me 2 Bike Racks for a 2010 Toyota Rav4

Question:

Hello I have a 2010 rav4 with the original hitch , I’m currently debating in getting a bike rack which one should be better for my truck? The spare me 2 thule bike rack? Or the XT2 easy fold thule hitch rack , which one would you recommend?

The Thule EasyFold XT 2 E-Bike Platform Rack part # TH903202 is what I recommend for a 2010 Toyota Rav4. The EasyFold has ramps for easy loading, locks for security, built-in reflectors, a high weight capaity, and many other features which make it a great option. The best part of all is that it will clear the rear spare tire just fine and you can still swing the door out with the rack tilted back. I have attached a review from one of our customers on this.

The Thule Spare Me 2 Bike Rack part # TH963PRO is a good option but you have a small limit on the weight of the bikes, loading will be much harder, and it requires an adapter if used with women's/kid's bikes.
