I have an awesome solution for you but the Thule OutWay 2-Bike Platform Rack part # TH65JV is not a good fit for your 2017 BMW M3. Instead you can use the SeaSucker Mini Bomber Roof 2 Bike Rack - part # 298-BM2006 or the SeaSucker Bomber Roof 3 Bike Rack part # 298-BB3008 .
These are the best bike rack to use with higher end vehicles that don't have the standard options available for them (hitch or trunk mount). They have incredible holding power, go on and off of the vehicle very quickly and look as cool as it gets cruising around. There isn't a trunk mount roof rack that is a confirmed fit for your BMW that I can find but if there were I wouldn't put it on your vehicle. It is almost inevitable that you will have light scratches where the rack rest on the vehicle.
