Expert Reply:
The Curt Trailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # c31006 will hold your spare provided that the trailer hitch on the front of your vehicle is also capable of supporting the combined weight of the spare and the carrier. A 36 inch tires with stock h2 rims will be fine.
Per Curt, the weight capacity of the carrier is whatever the tongue weight capacity of the trailer hitch is in this case. Included is a video resource to reference as well.
