I reached out to my contact at Thule regarding the Xsporter Adaptper Kit # THXK4 and your existing 422XT model Xsporter Ladder Rack, which is no longer in production. She unfortunately wasn't able to offer a sure answer on this, as the two items simply haven't been tested together since the 422XT was discontinued a while before the new adapter kits started being made.

There's a chance the kit will work to allow installation with the deck rail system on your 2019 Toyota Tacoma, but I'm not able to guarantee compatibility. Because of this your safest option is with an entirely new setup. For your Tacoma the Thule Xsporter Pro Adjustable Height Truck Bed # TH500XT-XK4, which includes the mentioned adapter kit, will work perfectly.

It features the adjustable height vertical support bars, integrated T-slots in the crossbars for channel-mounted accessories, and has a 450 pound carrying capacity. I have attached a short video demonstration below that you can also check out.
