Question:
I need a 12 ft. propane hose to go from a 100 lb tank to the regulator. It will need to handle 400,000 btuh flow rate.

We have what you need. I recommend using the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay Propane Hose - POL Pigtail x 1/4" Male Inverted Flare - 12' part # 100019-144 one end has the POL tank connection the other is the 1/4" Male inverted flare (standard connections). This hose has a Maximum flow capacity of 500,000 Btu per hour covering your needs. It is for use with LP gas only and made right here in the USA.
