Can I use a thule passenger 2 bike rack for my adult trike? I have a 2017 Kia Soul.

I do have an option for you but the Thule Passage 2 Bike Carrier part # TH910XT will not carry a trike. There is not a trunk mount option that is capable of carrying a trike at this time.
The only option we have to carry a trike is the SeaSucker Trike Rack for 1 Trike # 298-BD1005. This rack is made in the USA and uses vacuum cups to mount to the roof, allowing you to carry your trike.
