Your 9.5 x 14 agricultural tires have an overall diameter of 28.9" and a section width of about 9.5". You could use the size that will fit on a 14" wheel is 205/75-14 and while this could very well be used, it is about 1" smaller in diameter and has section width that is 1" less than your current tire.
The tire I recommend using is the Kenda Karrier Tire # AM10235 which has a load range of D (2,200 lbs at 75 psi), an impressive max speed rating of 81 mph, and comes with a 5 year warranty. This tire has been reviewed by over 1300 of our customers and has earned a 5 out of 5-star rating. Just be sure that the 2,200 lb weight rating (per tire) is enough for your skid trailer and you are good to go!
