If you are certain that nothing else on the axle or suspension was damaged then shifting the axle back is really just a matter of jacking the trailer up, disassembling the U-bolt and plate assembly, and shifting the axle back into place. For this to have happened the axle would have had to have popped off of the spring seat, so it will need to be put back into place. It's also possible that the bolt holding it to the spring seat was broken so you will need to check this.
With all this in mind, I still highly recommend taking your trailer up to a local trailer shop so they can closely inspect the suspension. For the axle to shift like this it requires a pretty substantial jolt, one that typically causes some kind of damage to one or more components.
