Availability of Replacement Parts for Reese Outfitters Adventure Bike Rack Manufactured by Swagman
Question:
I have the 4 bike carrier. One of the press in 1/2-13 bolts that are installed in the bottom plate has come out. I can’t find a replacement anywhere. I would even consider replacing the whole bottom plate or I my just weld in some studs If need be.

Swagman manufactured the Outfitter Adventure racks for Reese up until 14-15 years ago. They make a rack very similar to that one currently, which is the Swagman # S64675 Original. Unfortunately, the replacement bottom plate and the bolts you mention aren't available anymore because the bottom plate is now integral to the rack and isn't removable.
So if you can safely repair the rack you are certainly welcome to do so, but the updated model does have the ability to tilt away from the vehicle for easier rear of the vehicle access. If that feature would be helpful, you might consider replacing the rack. I've linked you to a product description video featuring the updated version of the Swagman Original Bike Rack.
