No, the # 14125A bearing has different applications than a # 15123 bearing. The outer diameters are different. Both are readily available bearings.
If you have a 15123 bearing then you would need that same bearing as a replacement.
If you can provide the inner and outer bearing numbers on your existing hubs, I can make some recommendations for replacement parts. I have included a video on bearings for you.
