Question:
Will your Yakima Adapter Sleeve work for my Allen bike rack? Its a standard 1.25 rack going into a 2inch hitch. Thank you,

I do have a solution for you, however the Replacement 2" Hitch Adapter # Y8890174 that you referenced is designed specifically for the Yakima DoubleDown and FlipSide Bike Racks and will not fit your Allen brand carrier.
Your best option for using your rack with a 2 inch hitch is to use a standard adapter like the Brophy # HT02. Instead of installing on the bike rack this will simply insert into the 2 inch receiver on your vehicle to provide a 1-1/4 inch opening for the carrier.
I have attached a short video demonstration that you can check out as well.
