Will this hitch fit a 2017 Acura MDX tech pkg and a 19 inch space savor spare?

The technology package on your 2017 Acura MDX will not be an issue for a trailer hitch receiver but the spare tire will. They do not make a trailer hitch for your 2017 Acura MDX that will work with the 19" spare tire (only 18" and below) therefore, if you want to use a trailer hitch you would have to remove your spare tire but you could get a new smaller spare tire from the dealer to take its place. I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13146 because it has the best ground clearance. If you will be using this for bike then I recommend the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Platform Rack part # KU74FR because it's very lightweight therefore easy to use.

If you don't want to remove the spare tire or replace it your next best other option to carry bikes would be to use a trunk mount bike rack for which I recommend the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top Bike Carrier part # HRF2 or part # HRF2-3.
