My wife has a Pedego Boomerang electric bike which we use on the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 2 Electric Bike Rack - 2 inch Hitches - Frame Mount that was purchased from etrailer.com. There is 25 inches between the seat post and the handle bar post. Is the Hollywood Racks Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Womens and Alternative Frame Bikes Item # HRBA-PRO the proper adapter to purchase? As far as your question, the Hollywood Racks Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's and Alternative Frame Bikes # HRBA-PRO will work for your wife's Pedego Boomerang electric bike with 25 inches between the seat post and the handle bar post, assuming you measured from the back of the seat post (meaning closest to the back wheel) to the front of the handlebar stem (closest to the front wheel).

This adapter bar has a maximum length of 28-13/16 inches as you can see by the accompanying photo. so the 25 inches between the seat post and handlebar post will not be an issue.
