Question:
Im wanting to replace the trailer coupler on my 2000 Coleman Fairview. It looks like it must be the A frame type. Do you have one that would fit?

Expert Reply:
I recommend Demco A-frame standard coupler that takes a 2" ball part # DM14793-81 because of its eZ-Latch mechanism. The eZ-Latch mechanism makes hooking up easy and disengaging the coupler easy. It's designed with a 2-1/4" diameter jack hole for the jack to fit through. It is also a bolt on design.
If you need a more cost effective option, I recommend etrailer.com A-Frame Trailer Coupler part # CA-5210-B which has the same integrated jack hole design but without the eZ-Latch. This coupler requires welding.
