There are several fuses that relate to the trailer connector on a 2015 Ram 1500. These are all located in the power distribution center (PDC) and I have attached a list of them for you below:

Trailer Tow Backup Lights - F28 - 20 Amp Blue
Trailer Tow Parking Lights - F29 - 20 Amp Blue
Trailer Tow Battery Charge - F30 - 30 Amp Pink
Trailer Tow Left Stop/Turn Lights - F53 - 20 Amp Yellow
Trailer Tow Right Stop/Turn Lights - F81 - 20 Amp Yellow

@GaryJ All of the trailer related fuses for a 2015 Ram 1500 are listed above. The integrated trailer brake module (if equipped) is a 30 amp fuse in the F11 location. What brake controller are you using exactly? Some brake controllers are inertia based and will not send voltage to the trailer plug when the vehicle is not in motion.

So does the F29 fuse, control the parking/tail even on the 4 plug? F29 looks good but I have no power in the 4 prong or 7 prong tail lights.

@SteveF In this situation yes it would control that circuit on the 4-way and the 7-way. If yours is for sure good I would assume it's related to wiring that leads back to trailer wiring connectors.
