will this car have any problems towing a 4x6 trailer and 4 adult size mountain bikes or what is the tow capacity for the vehicle?

I looked up the towing capacity for your 2016 Honda Accord coupe with a V6 and it has a 1,000 lb trailer weight capacity. As long as the trailer you plan to tow weighs less than that you'd be fine.
For a hitch the Curt part # C11496 is the way to go as it has more than enough capacity than you'd need.
For a ball mount you'd want the part # 3593 and for hitch balls part # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
