We have had great reviews for the Rampage Radiant Backseat Heater part # RA3501. It uses a 12V power source so you can wire it directly to the battery of the Cub Cadet. As long as you are using it while the ATV is started it should not drain the battery. If you leave the heater on while the ATV's engine is not running then it can drain the battery.
You can wire the heater to its own 12V battery and use a trickle charger part # CTEK56353 to maintain the battery's charge. I am not sure if you have a backseat in the Cub Cadet but you may be able to bolt the provided pre-drilled mounting bracket to the passenger side floor board. It is not a good idea to use the heater when you have a passenger though. It is not a big heater so you should be able to find space for it, the heater measures 8 inches tall by 7 inches wide and 6 inches deep.
