Yes, the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch part # BWRVK3600 will fit your 2018 Ram 3500 with the 6-1/2' bed if you have the factory prep package. However, in order to allow for sufficient turning clearance between the cab of the truck and loft of the trailer during a 90 degree turn you will also need to use a rotating pin box like the Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin with Rotating Turret part # RP34FR. If you need one of these just let me know which pin box you have on your trailer now (brand/model number). It will also require the 5th Airborne Custom Wedge for B&W Fifth Wheels part # SWW-06.
If replacing the pin box is not something that you want to do to your trailer then I recommend using the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3670 instead as it will allow for sufficient turning clearance between the cab of the truck and loft of the trailer during a 90 degree turn if you engage the slider.
