The Thule Force XL XT part # TH6358B is similar but definitely an upgraded version of the Force XL part # TH625. The XT has the latest version of Thule Quick Grip mounting hardware, has the newer angular look to the box, and has better clearance for allowing the rear hatch of the vehicle to open. The XT requires at least 51-1/8 inches from the center of your front bar back to the hatch seam and the standard Force requires 53-5/8.
I attached review videos for both boxes that show the big difference with the mounting hardware. With the XT you basically position the box where you want it and then drop the mounts through the track around the bars whereas the non XT only slides the mounts forward and back so you'll have to lift the box up to get the grips over the bars.
