Happy day to you as well! Winter is indeed coming.
For the 235/65R17 size tires on your 2018 Honda CR-V I highly recommend the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2319. These are really nice square-link diamond-pattern chains that will do a great job of providing traction in the snow or ice. I really like the built-in tensioners on these chains that allow for easy installation and a secure fit. They are also Class S compatible which means they are designed specifically to work on vehicles like your CR-V that have limited wheel well clearance. Please note that according to the owner's manual for your CR-V chains should only be used on the front tires.
I have attached an installation video of these tire chains on a 2017 model Honda CR-V that you can use for reference.
