We have exactly what you need to carry 2 kayaks on the roof of your 2014 Toyota Prius v.
First of all you need a roof rack. I recommend going with a Rhino-Rack option that utilizes the Vortex Aero bars. These help to reduce wind noise and drag compared to other, more traditional crossbars.
To add this system on your Prius v you need the Crossbars # RRVA126B-2 along with the 2500 Series Legs # RRRLKVA, and the DK Fit Kit # DK195. This system has a weight capacity of 110 lbs.
After you have a roof rack installed you can then use a kayak carrier. The Thule Stacker # TH830 that you referenced will do a great job at helping you to secure your kayaks and it comes with everything needed to do so.
Please note that you need to check your owner's manual or local Toyota dealer about the weight capacity of the roof of your Prius v.
