When you install an aftermarket product on your vehicle, such as a trailer hitch, you are protected by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. This act states, in part, that unless the installation of the part is specifically what caused a problem, the warranty cannot be voided. This essentially means that the basic act of installing a trailer hitch (or any other product) cannot void your warranty. The hitch or the installation of it would have to directly cause the issue in question for there to be any problems with the vehicle's warranty.

I did also take a look at the online owner's manual for your 2018 Pacifica Hybrid and found no restrictions regarding a trailer hitch.

For your vehicle, I recommend the Curt Class III Round Tube Receiver Hitch # C13383. This Class III hitch is custom-fit for your vehicle, so it will use existing holes in its frame for a no-drill installation. I have attached the written installation instructions that you can take a look at. All of the necessary hardware is included. Removing the hitch would just be a matter of removing the included hardware and taking off the hitch.
