Will this work on my Jeep Wrangler with the license plate that isnt in the middle?

I do have an option for you but the Hopkins Backup Sensor System part # HM60100VA will only work effectively if mounted in the center of the vehicle and not with offset mounted license plates like the one on your Jeep Wrangler.
Instead, I recommend taking a look at the Wireless Backup Sensor for Hopkins Rear View Camera part # HM20195-VACLEN which can detect objects up to 6' away and has a digital display to tell you how far away those objects are. The sensors will need to be mounted in the middle of the rear bumper in order to function properly.
