Troubleshooting Turn Signal and Brake Light On 2003 Ford Explorer Sports Track
Question:
I have a 2003 ford explorer sports track the left signal light want FLASH, also theres no brake light on left and I replaced the signal switch and the bulbs yet there is no dim lights, I have to use the bright lights, the signal flashes inside truck fast but not on back of truck help what do do.

For your 2003 Ford Explorer, since you have replaced the switch and the bulbs, I recommend you check your fuses and relays if you haven't already done so. You will want to check fuse 5 in your passenger compartment fuse panel and also relay 1. If this is not the issue, I recommend taking it to a mechanic to have them troubleshoot unless you are comfortable with testing wires using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to check each wire from the switches to the bulbs and replace wires as needed.
