Tail Light wiring kits are all non confirmed to fit 2003 new beetle. Can you confirm # 781054 or 780023C will fit? Trying to avoid splicing.

There are wiring kits that will work for you, though neither of the kits you referenced are a fit for your 2003 Volkswagen New Beetle. All of the kits available for your vehicle require splicing, such as the Roadmaster Hy-Power Diode Kit # RM-154, though if you wanted to avoid splicing altogether you do have that option with the use of magnetic lights such as Optronics # TL21RK.
