For a 7-way harness that will plug into the square trailer wiring connector of your 1999 Ford F-250. You would want the part # 118243 which is a confirmed fit. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
If you wanted to swap out the 7-way with one that includes a 4-way as well you could use the part # HM40950 to get both.
