Replacement Ramp Hinge Recommendation for Trailer

Question:
Need hinges on the bottom back pull down door.the hinges that are on it now have rusted. Need to replace them with ones that have grease certs on them. Can you tell what size I need and how many. Its a 1996 thanks sincerely . If you can find the hinges that I need Ill be more than glad to purchase them from you.

For a set of ramp hinges with a grease fitting the part # PLR1902 would work well for you.
Overall the hinge measures 8-3/16 inches long, the end pieces are 1 inch in diameter, and the plate portion measures 4 inches wide by 2-5/8 inches deep.
