I have a ram 2500 w factory goose neck set up. Looking for covers for the three holes in the bed while not using hitch. Is there anything available for those

It sounds like you have Ram's 5th wheel/gooseneck factory prep tow package on your 2016 Ram 2500. If this is the case, then you can use the Replacement Puck Plug Covers # 58199 for the safety chain tie-down holes. These come in pairs and are designed to cover puck openings when you're not towing. Trucks with a gooseneck hitch would use part # RP30136 for covering the center gooseneck hole.

I'm going to buy a 2020 ram 2500 mega cab with the 5th wheel set up . My question can i install a bed rug over the cap covers , Im not using the 5th wheel for now ..

You can install a bed mat in your truck bed but you'll either need to remove it prior to installing the 5th wheel hitch or make some cutouts to accommodate for the puck system. You may also need to make a larger cutout for the footprint of the 5th wheel hitch if the mat keeps it from seating fully in the puck system.
