Question:
I have a 2007 Ford F-150 FX4 with 9200Lb tow limit and tongue is rated for 600Lb. I purchased a Forest River Wolf Pup 18TO travel trailer SINGLE AXLE that weights in at dry 3750Lb and GVWR at 5000Lb. Tongue weight sits at 440Lb dry 500-530Lb loaded depending on the cargo I put in it. When i hook up to it my truck sits somewhat level to the ground however the trailer is not level, front of a trailer sits lower than the rear. Do I need a weight distribution hitch system for my setup? If yes whitch one would you recommend?

I would recommend a weight distribution system because your trailer weight (GTW) is more than 50 percent of your vehicle's weight (GVWR).
It is important to choose a system based on the total tongue weight of your application. The total tongue weight is the loaded tongue weight of your trailer (500 to 530 lbs) plus the weight of any cargo loaded in the tow vehicle behind the rear axle. This could be roughly 100 lbs to 200 lbs depending on what you are carrying.
I would go with a quality yet cost effective option such as the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Round - 8,000 lbs GTW, 800 lbs TW # FA94-00-0800. Keep in mind that the tongue weight range of the weight distribution system is critical when choosing the ideal system. If you choose a system with a much higher TW rating than your loaded TW, then you might end up with erratic performance. If you go too low, you'll end up with an ineffective system altogether. This system has sway control which will benefit you while driving down the highway. It also comes with an adjustable shank to help level the trailer.
I would also recommend a 2" Hitch Ball for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Systems - 8,000 lbs # EQ91-00-6080.
If you're not experiencing any sway while driving on the highway, and you're primarily concerned with leveling your trailer, you might want to go with an adjustable ball mount. This is a cost effective solution that would address your leveling issue only. For this I would recommend the Curt Channel Style Adjustable Ball Mount # C45900
I have a attached a demonstration video and helpful articles as well.
