On the Edge Evolution CS2 programmer # EP85350 you can get into the custom programming from the quick link menu. Then you go to performance tuning, pick a level, choose a tune. Then it will ask to continue, choose yes. At this point it will ask Custom Program? and you can select yes and it will bring up the custom options menu.
Not all options are available on all vehicles though so while the programmer may have the ability to make certain changes the vehicle computer may not allow everything that the programmer is capable of.
