Hello,, I have the motor and the fan blade out of the bathroom. the motor says as follows: HC 385Mb V0218105A 13.6V1 2A 3F3262 18 So, I need the fan motor and the fan blade, and is says on it as follows on the fan blade: Back says: Thorgren valparaaiso Indiana 6 ccw Front says: VD 215 It has 6 blades. Can you give me the total I need and parts numbers? I just need one of each. And I can order them.

Based on the numbers provided and the description of the parts fan motor # BVD0218-00 is the correct replacement motor. The numbers you see on this fan are different because Ventline updated the motor but it still fits the same vents as the old motor.
And for the 6-blade fan use # BVD0215-00.
