Question:
Is there a less expensive hitch option class II for example for my 2011 KIA Sportage SX model that the class III recommendation? I dont want to spend the extra money for the class III if I dont have to as my towing will be light?

The best priced hitch we offer for the 2011 Kia Sportage SX is the Draw Tite Hitch part # 36510. This is a Class II hitch that should work very well for you. Check out the install video I attached for more info as well.
For a ball mount you would want the part# 36051, for a 1-7/8 inch ball # 19256, and for a 2 inch ball # 19258.
For trailer wiring part # 118526.
Be sure to check the towing capacities listed in the owners manual of your vehicle and be sure not to exceed this figure.
