I pulled each part from our warehouse to provide you the measurements requested.

The Thule Xadapt12 kit # THXADAPT12 T-bolt head size is 3/4 inches, 7/8 inch long threaded portion and .23 inch diameter.

The replacement M8 T-bolt # 853-5715 T-bolt head size is 3/4 inches, 1-inch long threaded portion and .30 inch diameter.

The replacement T-bolt # 853208904 head size is 3/4 inches, 5/8 inch long threaded portion and .23 inch diameter.
