The Westin Perfect Match Series Rear Step Bumper, part # 31006 is designed to be a great fit on your 2006 GMC Sierra as long as it is not the HD model.
This bumper has 3 integrated holes for hitch balls and is a bolt-on installation. This bumper also includes the mounting hardware.
If you need a hitch ball I recommend part # 63845 for a 2 inch hitch ball and part # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch hitch ball.
