To flat tow your 2014 Ford Fiesta Hatchback SE I have the following component recommendations:

Baseplate: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-524441-5. This baseplate is designed to fit EcoBoost models, if you have a non-EcoBoost model then you'll part # RM-524438-5

Tow Bar: etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e74ZR. This tow bar has safety cables bracketed to the arms so that you won't have to purchase them separately or worry about them dragging on the ground and being damaged. The head and shank have a bit of adjustability to keep the tow bar level between the Fiesta and motorhome. With how low Fiesta's sit you'll most likely also need a high/low adapter so I've attached a help article below that will walk you through how to determine the correct sized adapter.

Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit will splice into the tail light wiring to display your motorhome's traffic signals through the tail lights of your Fiesta.

If you have a automatic transmission you'll also need to disconnect the battery while flat towing the vehicle. To make this as easy as pushing a button I recommend installing the Roadmaster Battery Disconnect with Switch # RM-766.

Braking System: I'm assuming your 2008 R-Vision Trail Lite B+ has hydrualic brakes since it's a class c motorhome so I recommend the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251. This fully proportional system will give you the same braking intensity as you place on the brake pedal in your motorhome. This system will mostly installed in the engine bay of Fiesta, which is going to be important since the Fiesta doesn't really have room to spare for a bulky braking system.

Since the brake light switch wire isn't useable in your Fiesta you'll need to install the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751450 in order to get the brake signal for the indicator light of the # SM99251.
