How to Determine Capacity Left Over with Pro Series Cargo Carrier 63155 in Draw Tite Hitch 24850
Question:
I understand the tongue weight limit is 200lbs and for the Pro Series 20x47 Cargo Carrier - 1.25 Hitch - 21x49 the weight limit is 300lbs. I dont know the distance from the pivot point so I cant calculate the max load weight for my cargo carrier on my 2011 Camaro, please advise. Thank you

The only calculation you need to do is add the weight of your cargo carrier to the weight you plan to carry on the cargo carrier and then compare that to the 200 lb limit of the Draw Tite hitch part # 24850. If the weight's you added up are less than 200 lbs the hitch is good to carry the setup.
The # 63155 weighs 39 lbs so you'd have 161 lbs left over for cargo weight.
