The easiest way to troubleshoot your installation of the Putco Heavy-Duty Harness and Relay # P239006HW is to swap out the headlight bulbs and the two relays.
First, try changing out the two bulbs to see if one is bad. If so you can find a replacement at an auto parts store. If the problem remains on the driver's side even after you swap out bulbs, then next try swapping the relays. If the problem still stays on the driver's side light even after you change the bulbs and relays then I suggest you inspect the condition of the various plugs' contacts. Look for a bent pin or perhaps a piece of foreign material. Even slight discoloration on the contact can indicate corrosion that could be interfering with a solid connection. You might try a spray contact cleaner like Caig De-Oxit to remove any corrosion. You can also check that all vehicle fuses are intact and replace as needed.
