Im looking to buy a 2010 f250 super duty and then a forest River seirra trlr weight 16,292 gvw what would the best hitch set up for this truck and trailer 41 ft

First let's start with a fifth wheel hitch rail kit. For that you are going to want a custom install kit like the part # RP50082-58 that will minimize drilling and will cut install time in half when compared to a universal kit.
Now if you have a short bed truck you are going to want a slider hitch so that you can make tight turns. For that I would recommend the # C16541 that has a slider and has a premium jaw design to provide a secure, quiet ride quality.
If you have a long bed truck you would need a stationary hitch instead. For that you would want the part # C16140.
