A basic rule to go by is that the tongue weight of a 5th wheel trailer is about 20 percent of the gross trailer weight. So if your total weight is 7,183 lbs you would be looking at a pin weight of 1,436 lbs.
The Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter # CAB-C5GX1216 that you referenced has a pin weight capacity of 4,000 lbs.
