Custom-Fit Towing Mirror
Easily extend your field of vision and reduce blind spots with this CIPA slip-on towing mirror. By adding it to your OEM side-view mirror, you can see beyond the end of your trailer. This will allow you to safely and easily change lanes, pass, and park with a trailer in tow.
The mirror is molded to perfectly match the contours of your factory side mirror. Simply slide the mirror over your side-view mirror and use the custom-formed, felt-covered wedge to hold the mirror in place. This wedge wraps around the inside edge of your OEM mirror and can be tightened onto the mirror with an easily accessible hand knob.
Slip-on mirror will fit factory mirrors that look like the mirror in the image above.

Today on our 2007 Dodge Ram pick-up, we'll be installing the CIPA Custom Towing Mirror, in the slip on design, for the passenger's side, part number 10702. This mirror is also available for the driver's side, part number 10701. This mirror comes with a fully adjustable outer mirror. As you can see here, you can move it in multiple different positions, giving you different angles behind your tow vehicle. With the towing mirrors installed, you have a much great field of vision, behind your tow vehicle, as you're going down the road. Your factory mirror will still retain full range of motion with the towing mirrors installed. You'll notice here we have a plastic wedge. You can see here how there's already a piece of soft material, already attached to it.
Some mirrors may come with this attached, while others may not have it attached already. If your mirror does not have it attached, you'll simply need to peel the backing off, and attach it to the wedge shaped piece of plastic. This soft material keeps your factory mirror from being scratched, when the CIPA custom towing mirrors are installed. Now we're ready to install our towing mirror. Simply slide it over the top of your factory mirror. As you slide the towing mirror over your factory mirror, you'll slide the wedge shape in behind it, lining up the hole in the back of the towing mirror with the indenmin 01:15 on the wedge shape. You'll then take the plastic screw and screw it into the towing mirror, where it will go into the indenmin 01:20 on the plastic wedge.

A quality product that fits well. Can be installed and removed easily. Be sure to wax your outer miror surface to ease installation. MADE IN THE USA.

not a clean fit, the upper part sticks out to much and doesnt match the shape of the mirror. But th ebad part is the mirrors vibrate in the housing rendering them pretty useless while driving.
