Question:
I am putting a plow on my 2010 F150 4x4. The plow weighs about 300lbs, I dont plan on leaving the plow on the truck all the time. What would you recomend for my front end. I am mostly concerned about wear and tear.

For helper springs for your 2010 Ford F-150 4x4 I recommend the Timbren springs # TFF150F. They are going to offer the best support and ride quality out of the options available for your truck. And they would work great for a snow plow on the front of your truck.
The SumoSprings, # CSS-1094F, would be adequate but not quite up to the standard and ability of the Timbren springs. I have included a link to the right to our informational article on Timbren springs for you.
