Do you need the fit kit to install aftermarket roof rack on 2022 Subaru Outback? It has the crossbars you can stow.

Great question!
If you have a 2022 Subaru Outback Limited with the stowable crossbars, you will still need an aftermarket fit kit for most crossbars, or you can eliminate the various parts/kits and just go with the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack - Aero Crossbars - Raised Side Rails - Aluminum - 58" Long - Silver # MPG216.
This setup has a weight capacity of 165lbs, but you will want to check the owner's manual to your vehicle and verify the roof weight limit. I attached a demonstration video for you to check out.
