I have a different hitch option for you, but the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 75600 you purchased for your 2015 BMW X5 M Sport will not fit per Draw-Tite. They were unable to tell me exactly what the fitment issue was, just that when this was test fit it did not fit.
To avoid any possible fitment issues I recommend going with the Curt Trailer Hitch # 13077 instead as it is confirmed to fit the M-Sport models and still has the same hidden crosstube design so only the receiver will be visible once installed.
I included a video of the # 13077 being installed for you to take a look at.
