In order to obtain the specifications as to how many foot pounds of torque needs to be applied to the factory u-bolts, you would need to obtain your VIN and contact the manufacturer. Another option you have would be to contact your local repair shop who has access to a program called, "ALLDATA". Unfortunately, these are the only options I have for you to determine the correct torque spec for the factory u-bolts on your 2010 Toyota Tacoma.
