If I sell or trade my truck, can the bolt locks be rekeyed to the new vehicle?

The BOLT Trailer Coupler Lock for Toyota Keys # BL7025289 that you referenced can be coded to a vehicle ignition key only one time. This is a security measure to prevent another Toyota key from re-coding the lock. I confirmed this with my contact at Bolt.
