To pick out a replacement dually rim and tire for your trailer you will need to know a few key pieces of information. First you want to determine the size of your current trailer tires. The # TA95FR has a ST235/80R16 on it.
Next you will need to determine what bolt pattern you need. The rim you referenced has an 8 on 6-1/2 inch bolt pattern. If you are unsure of your bolt pattern check out the FAQ article I attached on the subject for more info.
The offset for the rim is 5.35 inches. You will need to match that up with what you have as well. If your current tire/rim matches up with the specs of the # TA95FR would work well for you.
